Position Summary

The Nail Technician at Rosa Wellness is responsible for delivering high-quality, hygienic, and

professional nail services at clients’ homes. The role requires strong technical skills, discipline,

efficiency, and excellent client interaction while strictly adhering to Rosa Wellness standards and

procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Nail Services: Manicure and pedicure (classic and gel), nail shaping, cuticle care, polish

application, gel removal, and approved nail art.

Hygiene & Safety: Strict tool sterilization, sanitation, clean setup and breakdown, and compliance

with hygiene protocols.

Client Experience: Professional conduct, clear communication, respect for privacy, and proper

handling of feedback.

Sales Awareness: Ethical upselling of appropriate services aligned with client needs.

Efficiency: Time management, punctuality, and consistency across bookings.

Operations: Schedule adherence, reporting, and compliance with SOPs.

Required Skills

Hard Skills: Certified or experienced nail technician, manicure and pedicure techniques, gel

services, nail art, nail health knowledge, tool sterilization, and independent home-service delivery.

Soft Skills: Discipline, reliability, professional communication, client focus, emotional control, sales

awareness, and respect for company rules.

Experience Requirements

Previous experience as a Nail Technician is required. Home-service or premium client experience

is a strong advantage.

Performance Evaluation

Performance is evaluated based on service quality, hygiene compliance, punctuality, client

feedback, sales contribution, and adherence to company standards.

Compensation & ConductCompensation includes a fixed salary and commission aligned with Rosa Wellness policies. All

technicians must protect the Rosa Wellness brand, follow instructions, and maintain confidentiality

at all times

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
