Our client is a trusted provider of high-quality nursing and healthcare services in Qatar, supporting both individuals and healthcare facilities.

Role Overview

Our client is seeking dedicated and skilled Nurses to join their growing healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, competent, and committed to delivering exceptional care across a variety of homecare and specialized services. Nurses will be deployed based on client needs in settings such as hospitals, clinics, home care, and specialized healthcare facilities. Deployment will depend on operational requirements as well as the nurse’s experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe, effective, timely, equitable, and patient-centered nursing care.
• Ensure patient safety at all times and implement necessary safety measures.
• Receive and give thorough shift endorsements; assess patient status at shift start.
• Plan and deliver patient care for the entire shift; complete all physician orders promptly.
• Assist physicians with procedures and communicate significant patient changes as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation to support quality and performance improvement.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team on quality improvement initiatives.
• Follow all institutional policies and procedures; uphold professional nursing standards.
• Avoid malpractice or negligence by staying within scope of practice and completing full duty hours.

Qualifications

• Valid Qatar DHP License (preferred)
• OR Prometric exam completed if the DHP license is still in progress
• Nursing diploma or degree from an accredited institution
• With 2–5 years of continuous hospital experience and no working gap of 6 months to 1 year
• Strong communication skills, compassion, and professionalism

Others

• Salary range: Depending on years of experience and completion of Data Flow and Qatar Prometric or with DHP License
• Working Hours: 48 hours/week (9hours duty/day including 1-hour break), 6 days a week
• Day Off: One day per week
• Air Ticket: Returneconomy-class ticket to home country every 2 years
• Contract Duration: 3 years
