Position: Site Nurse

Job Overview:
The Site Nurse plays a vital role in maintaining the health and safety of employees at the worksite. This position involves providing primary healthcare services, managing emergencies, and promoting wellness initiatives to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.

Provide immediate Key Responsibilities:

· first aid, emergency care, and nursing support to employees at the site.

· Conduct regular health assessments and monitor the condition of patients.

· Record, maintain, and update detailed medical and health-related documentation.

· Liaise with doctors and other healthcare professionals for advanced medical intervention when necessary.

· Support the implementation of occupational health, safety, and welfare programs.

· Promote health awareness campaigns focusing on disease prevention, hygiene, and safety practices.

· Ensure compliance with Qatar Council for Healthcare Practitioners (QCHP) guidelines and other local health regulations.

· Maintain medical supplies, equipment, and facilities in optimal condition.

· Participate in risk assessments and health and safety meetings as required.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing or a related field.

· 1–2 years of relevant experience in occupational health or clinical nursing.

· Valid QCHP license (mandatory).

· Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.

· Strong ability to respond effectively during medical emergencies.

· Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

· Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene practices within industrial or construction environments is preferred.

Work Environment:

· Based on-site, often in industrial, construction, or remote project locations.

· May require performing duties in varying environmental conditions and shifts.
