Female Nurse with Dental Experience

Position Overview:

Our Polyclinic is seeking a qualified and experienced Female Dental Nurse to join our professional healthcare team. The ideal candidate will support our dental department in delivering exceptional patient care and maintaining the highest standards of clinical practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist dentists during dental procedures including examinations, treatments, and minor surgical procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments and equipment according to infection control protocols
• Take and process dental X-rays and maintain accurate digital records
• Manage patient appointments, records, and documentation in compliance with DHA regulations
• Provide chairside assistance and ensure patient comfort throughout procedures
• Maintain inventory of dental supplies and materials
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-treatment care, and preventive dental practices
• Handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

Required Qualifications:

• Valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) certificate/license - Mandatory
• Minimum 2 years of dental nursing experience in the UAE
• Diploma or certification in Dental Nursing
• Female candidates only
• Strong knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and instruments
• Proficiency in dental practice management software
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in a polyclinic or multi-specialty clinic setting
• Knowledge of cosmetic and restorative dental procedures
• Patient-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
