Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and organized Office Administrator to support our daily administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills—especially in English—and be comfortable handling documentation and computer-based work. This role involves assisting with office maintenance and ensuring smooth coordination within the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth functioning of office activities.
- Handle documentation work, filing, and maintaining records accurately.
- Prepare, update, and manage Excel sheets (Excel knowledge is mandatory).
- Draft, send, and manage professional emails (mailing etiquette required).
- Coordinate with internal teams and assist in communication flow.
- Support in organizing meetings, schedules, and office-related tasks.
- Assist in procurement of office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Perform general office maintenance duties as required.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills, especially proficiency in English (written and verbal).
- Strong computer knowledge and familiarity with office tools.
- Mandatory knowledge of MS Excel (basic formulas, data entry, formatting).
- Ability to manage emails professionally.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Team coordination skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Eligibility
- Educational qualification: MBA Preferable.
