Job Title: Office Administrator

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and organized Office Administrator to support our daily administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills—especially in English—and be comfortable handling documentation and computer-based work. This role involves assisting with office maintenance and ensuring smooth coordination within the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth functioning of office activities.
  • Handle documentation work, filing, and maintaining records accurately.
  • Prepare, update, and manage Excel sheets (Excel knowledge is mandatory).
  • Draft, send, and manage professional emails (mailing etiquette required).
  • Coordinate with internal teams and assist in communication flow.
  • Support in organizing meetings, schedules, and office-related tasks.
  • Assist in procurement of office supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Perform general office maintenance duties as required.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication skills, especially proficiency in English (written and verbal).
  • Strong computer knowledge and familiarity with office tools.
  • Mandatory knowledge of MS Excel (basic formulas, data entry, formatting).
  • Ability to manage emails professionally.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Team coordination skills.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Eligibility

  • Educational qualification: MBA Preferable.
  • Freshers are welcomed to apply.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
