Job Description

The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing office tasks, supporting management and sales teams, and ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate must have strong English communication skills, be confident with computer and web applications, and have prior experience in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle office correspondence, emails, and phone calls
  • Prepare and organize documents, contracts, and reports
  • Support HR and accounting with administrative tasks
  • Maintain company records, attendance, and leave tracking
  • Coordinate with clients, staff, and suppliers
  • Manage basic PRO-related work (visa, renewal follow-ups, etc.)
  • Maintain an organized office environment

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of office administration experience in the UAE
  • Experience in real estate or similar industry preferred
  • Strong English communication (spoken and written)
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic web applications (CRM, Google Workspace, etc.)
  • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Currently in UAE and available to join immediately

Salary & Benefits

  • AED 3,000 – 5,000 per month (depending on experience)
  • Visa, medical insurance, and annual leave as per UAE law
  • Full-time, on-site role in Business Bay, Dubai
