Location: Bahria Town Karachi - Preferably BAHRIA TOWN KARACHI RESIDENCE

We are looking for a smart, presentable, and proactive Office Assistant to manage front-desk operations, coordination, and communication activities. The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for organization and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle front-desk and visitor management with professionalism.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively across departments.
  • Assist in day-to-day administrative and operational follow-ups.
  • Manage meeting schedules, correspondence, and data compilation.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management.
  • Support relationship building and stakeholder communication.

Requirements:

  • Fresh Graduate / Master’s (MBA preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office tools.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Presentable personality with an extroverted and confident nature.
  • Must be a resident of Bahria Town Karachi.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
