The Female Office Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of daily office operations. The role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a courteous and professional manner.
- Perform photocopying, scanning, printing, and filing of official documents.
- Prepare and print cheques for the Finance Department.
- Draft and prepare official letters, including correspondence with banks and other institutions.
- Maintain accurate attendance and leave records for all employees (Lahore & Karachi staff).
- Prepare appointment letters and other HR-related documentation for new hires.
- Create, organize, and maintain individual personnel files for all employees.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews for various positions as required.
- Assist in general administrative tasks and support daily office operations.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Management.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate degree (Masters preferred).
- 1–2 years of relevant office or administrative experience (fresh candidates may also be considered).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Professional attitude with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
