Female Office Assistant

We are looking for a highly organized, committed and proactive Female Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in office accounts, banking documentation, and general office administration. A chance to groom in the competitive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Manage office accounts, including petty cash, vendor and service payments.
✔ Handle banking documentation.
✔ Working closely with the CEO and managing key administrative functions.
✔ Maintain office records and ensure smooth administrative operations.
✔ Perform basic office administration duties.
✔ Maintain a friendly and professional office environment.

Requirements:

✔ Experience in office accounts and financial transactions.
✔ Knowledge of banking processes, Import/Export documentation, and LC procedures.
✔ Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
✔ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
✔ Excellent communication skills and a friendly personality.
