Female Office Assistant

We are seeking a dependable and organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented and able to handle routine office tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document management
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and handle basic office communication
  • Maintain office records and organize files
  • Assist staff with daily tasks and office coordination
  • Monitor and manage office supplies

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Professional attitude and attention to detail
  • Previous office experience is an advantage

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
