Female Office Personal Assistant

We are looking for a smart, confident, and organized Female Office Personal Assistant to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys client communication, office management, and administrative work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming phone calls and client inquiries
  • Book appointments and manage daily schedules
  • Communicate with new and existing clients
  • Assist in HR-related tasks (recruitment coordination, employee records)
  • Manage office administrative tasks
  • Handle basic social media posting
  • Maintain Excel / Google Sheets and office data
  • Support daily operations of our eCommerce and business consultancy services

Requirements

  • Female candidate
  • Good communication skills (Urdu & basic English)
  • Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
  • Familiar with social media platforms
  • Organized, responsible, and confident personality
