Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Staff Nurse with a minimum of 3 years in oncology to join our dedicated team. The candidate should be skilled in chemotherapy administration, patient monitoring, and maintaining high standards of clinical care.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer chemotherapy and other oncology-related treatments as per protocols.

Monitor and record patients’ vitals before, during, and after procedures.

Manage side effects and emergencies related to cancer treatments.

Maintain aseptic techniques and ensure infection control.

Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, side effect management, and home care.

Collaborate with oncologists and the medical team for effective patient management.

Maintain accurate documentation and reports.

Qualifications & Skills: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institute (Valid Nursing Council Registration required).

Minimum 3 years of experience in oncology nursing, preferably in chemotherapy daycare or hospital oncology units.

Proficient in IV cannulation, chemotherapy drug preparation, and administration.

Strong patient communication skills in English and Hindi.

Compassionate, detail-oriented, and able to handle critical situations calmly
