Female Operations Executive - Oil & Gas Trading Exp MANDATORY

We are looking for below position :

Operations Executive : Oil and Gas Trading (Vessel Operations) (FEMALE)

ONLY FEMALE CANDIDATE

Job responsibilities :

• Monitor voyages and maintain updated data into internal system and proactively following up with all stakeholders and troubleshooting of any issues that may be required.
• Check recaps/ charter parties
• Track vessel itineraries, ensuring vessels meet the obligations as per charter party requirements and keeping the buyers and management informed of the progress and movement of shipment.
• Ensure all trading operations are carried out appropriately, cost effectively.
• Coordinate with inspection and audit agencies to ensure that inspections are properly carried out and ensure compliance with relevant shipping customs rules and regulations
• Calculation of vessel demurrages
• Provide assistance to chartering team.
• Liaise with owners/ charterers and traders with regard to operational matters on ships & cargo
• Preparation of complete and accurate documentation in compliance with standards and regulations.

Minimum 3 to 5 yrs of Experience in the same field

Salary 15 to 20 k depending on the expereince.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
