Female Outdoor Sales Executive

Job Description:
We are a leading supplier of hotel, restaurant, catering (HORECA), and gym equipment in Qatar, seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Female Outdoor Sales Executive to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in outdoor sales, particularly in dealing with hotel, restaurant, catering, and gym clients, and must be capable of generating leads, meeting clients, and closing deals effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients in the hotel, spa, and gym sectors
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Promote company products and solutions tailored to hotel, spa, and gym requirements
• Prepare quotations, follow up, and finalize sales
• Provide after-sales support to ensure high customer satisfaction
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities

Requirements:

• Female candidates only
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in hotel supplies, spa, or gym equipment
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Presentable, confident, and proactive
• Valid Qatar Driving License (mandatory)
• Good knowledge of the Doha market and locations
• Able to join immediately or within a short notice period (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
