WE ARE APPOINTING A HIGH-IMPACT SALES MANAGER – PROFESSIONAL BEAUTY (SALON INDUSTRY).

A Dubai-based professional beauty distribution company is appointing a Salon Market Leader - someone who understands salons, owns the market, and leads from the front

THE ROLE (REALITY, NOT HR TEXT):

➢75% in the field

➢You lead a team of 10 (Sales, Seniors, Key Accounts)

➢You are responsible for revenue, performance, and market growth - full ownership

➢Targets are there to be exceeded, not discussed

WHO WE WANT:

➢Minimum 5–10 years in sales management and leadership

➢Strong background in professional beauty / salon industry (preferred)

➢FMCG experience is accepted only if you are highly adaptable and field-driven

➢Previously held role as Sales Manager / Senior Team Leader / Brand Manager

➢Proven track record of overachieving targets

➢Strong personality - leadership, control, and decision-making are natural to you

➢Deep understanding of the UAE market dynamics

➢Drive and control daily team performance

➢Expand the salon client network and key accounts

➢Push revenue growth through hands-on market activity

➢Build discipline, structure, and accountability across the team
