JOB DESCRIPTION

Sales Team Leader – UAE

Company: Be U Bella Cosmetics – GCC

Location: Abu Dhabi

1. ROLE PURPOSE

To support, drive, and elevate sales team performance across UAE, ensuring consistent field execution, disciplined sales activity, and measurable revenue growth, while preparing for potential transition into a sales Manager role based on performance (Q2–Q3 evaluation period).

2. REPORTING LINE

Reports to: Top Management / Commercial Head

Works in coordination with: Sales Team (10 members)

This role supports team performance and execution, while operating within the established sales structure and management framework.

3. ROLE SCOPE

A. TEAM PERFORMANCE SUPPORT

Conduct daily follow-ups with sales team on targets and activities

Support team members in closing deals and overcoming objections

Ensure alignment with sales targets and monthly objectives

B. FIELD LEADERSHIP (Primary – 50%+)

Conduct joint field visits with sales team

Handle key accounts and high-value clients

Support negotiations and deal closures

C. SALES EXECUTION & DISCIPLINE

Ensure adherence to:

Daily activity tracking

CRM/reporting systems

Route planning and visit structure

D. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT

Identify new opportunities in the market

Strengthen relationships with existing clients

Support expansion of key accounts

E. TEAM COACHING & DEVELOPMENT

Provide on-the-job coaching during field visits

Identify performance gaps and recommend improvements

Support skill development across the team

F. REPORTING & PERFORMANCE MONITORING

Track team performance vs targets

Provide structured feedback to management

Highlight risks, gaps, and opportunities

4. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)

Evaluation Period: May 1st – September 30th, 2026

A. SALES PERFORMANCE (50%)

Team target achievement (%)

Contribution to closing key deals

Growth in revenue vs baseline

Increase in active clients, open doors with key clients

B. FIELD ACTIVITY & EXECUTION (20%)

Minimum 15–20 joint field visits/week

Coverage of key accounts

Quality of field engagement

C. TEAM PERFORMANCE IMPACT (10%)

Improvement in underperforming team members

Team discipline (reporting, attendance, activity)

Overall team productivity increase

D. PIPELINE & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT (10%)

New client acquisition support

Expansion of existing accounts

Pipeline visibility and accuracy

E. REPORTING & STRUCTURE (10%)

Accuracy and consistency of reports

CRM usage and compliance

Timely escalation of issues

5. ROLE INTEGRATION PRINCIPLES

Operates as a performance driver within the sales team, ensuring alignment with company sales strategy.

Supports team members through coaching, field presence, and collaboration

Works within the defined sales structure, maintaining clear reporting and communication lines.

Contributes insights and recommendations to improve overall sales performance.

6. PERFORMANCE REVIEW STRUCTURE

END OF Q2 (JUNE 2026) – INITIAL EVALUATION

Focus: Capability Validation

Evaluation Criteria:

Ability to influence team performance

Field effectiveness and presence

Contribution to sales results

Team acceptance and cooperation

Discipline and reporting consistency

Continue role

Adjust responsibilities

Performance warning (if needed)

END OF Q3 (SEPTEMBER 2026) – FINAL EVALUATION

Focus: Management Readiness

Evaluation Criteria:

Proven ability to drive team results

Consistent field leadership

Team performance improvement

Ownership and accountability

Readiness for managerial responsibility

Outcome:

Promotion to Sales Manager – UAE OR

Maintain current role OR

Role restructuring

7. SUCCESS PROFILE

To succeed in this role, the Senior Sales Team Leader – UAE must demonstrate:
