Job Title: Personal Assistant

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and trustworthy Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Owner/Director. The ideal candidate will manage daily administrative tasks, communications, and personal errands, while also taking full responsibility for coordinating national and international travel—ensuring smooth logistics and itineraries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendar, appointments, and meeting schedules.
- Plan, book, and manage all travel arrangements, including flights, hotel accommodations, visas, transport, and detailed itineraries.
- Handle daily correspondence—emails, phone calls, and messages.
- Act as the point of contact between the Director and internal/external parties.
- Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
- Maintain an organized filing and document management system.
- Track deadlines, follow-ups, and task reminders.
- Assist in personal tasks and errands when required.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
- Accompany during business travel or meetings when necessary.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant.
- Strong experience in handling full travel logistics (airline bookings, visas, hotels, transportation).
- Excellent command of English; Arabic is a plus.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- High attention to detail and time management.
- Discreet, professional, and presentable.
- UAE driving license is a plus.
