Female Personal Assistant (Medical Office)

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Female Personal Assistant to support Dr. Nauman Gill. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent patient care through efficient communication and data management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communication: Managing all incoming phone calls and messages professionally.
  • Scheduling: Booking and coordinating patient consultations and appointments.
  • Data Management: Maintaining accurate patient records and digital/physical files.
  • Patient Follow-up: Proactively following up with patients regarding their treatments, appointments, and recovery.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in basic Mobile phone use.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Professional demeanor suitable for a medical environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
