We are currently seeking a passionate and driven Female Personal Trainer to join a premium women-only fitness facility in Ajman.

This is an exciting opportunity for a trainer who thrives in a results-driven environment and is motivated by both client transformation and personal growth. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional training experiences, driving personal training revenue, and contributing to a strong member community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality personal training sessions and tailored fitness programs
• Drive personal training sales through consultations and member engagement
• Build strong client relationships to support retention and results
• Maintain accurate client tracking and uphold professional standards

Requirements:

• Certified Personal Trainer (REPs, NASM, ISSA, or equivalent)
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a gym environment
• Experience training female clients preferred
• Strong sales and communication skills
• CPR & First Aid certification
• Professional, energetic, and well-presented
