Key Responsibilities

Clinical Governance Ownership:
Develop, implement, and continuously improve clinical policies, procedures, and governance frameworks to ensure the highest standards of care.

End-to-End Clinical Oversight:
Lead all aspects of clinical service delivery, from patient intake and treatment planning to discharge and follow-up care.

Team Leadership:
Manage and mentor clinical teams, including physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals, ensuring high performance and engagement.

Quality & Patient Safety:
Monitor clinical outcomes, implement quality assurance programs, and ensure patient safety standards are consistently met.

Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure compliance with UAE healthcare regulations, accreditation requirements, and international clinical standards.

Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with executive leadership, regulatory bodies, and external partners, clearly communicating clinical strategies and decisions.

What We Are Looking For

Experience:
10+ years in clinical practice or healthcare management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or director-level role.

Portfolio (Track Record):
A proven record of improving clinical outcomes, managing healthcare operations, and leading successful clinical teams.

Qualifications:
Medical degree, Nursing leadership qualification, or Master’s in Healthcare Administration or a related field.

Licensing:
Eligibility for DHA/DOH/MOH UAE licensing is required.

Leadership & Communication:
Strong leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to guide teams and influence organizational direction.

Mindset:
You are strategic and patient-focused. You understand when to optimize processes for efficiency and when to prioritize personalized care and clinical excellence.

Pay: AED60,000.00 - AED95,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
