Female Preschool / Nursery Teacher

Talent Buds is seeking an enthusiastic, caring, and creative Female Preschool Teacher to join our team in Abu Dhabi. You will create a safe, engaging, and play-based learning environment that supports early childhood development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lesson Planning & Teaching: Design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate, play-based activities and lesson plans.
• Child Development: Monitor and document each child’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical progress.
• Classroom Management: Maintain a safe, clean, clean, and stimulating environment tailored for young learners.
• Parent Communication: Build strong relationships with parents through daily updates, progress reports, and meetings.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with teaching assistants and nursery staff to ensure smooth daily routines.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree , Early Childhood Education (ECE), Primary Education, or a related field (CACHE Level 3 or equivalent diploma preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience in a UAE nursery, preschool, or EYFS setting.
• Skills: Excellent command of spoken and written English (Arabic skills are a bonus).
• Traits: Patient, creative, dynamic, and passionate about early childhood learning.
• Location: Currently residing in Abu Dhabi with valid UAE residency.

Pay: AED1,884.35 - AED2,500.00 per month
