Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Female Procurement Executive to manage day-to-day procurement activities. This role involves coordinating with forwarders, placing orders, updating the ERP system, and ensuring smooth procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with suppliers and forwarders for timely delivery of products.
  • Place purchase orders and follow up to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Update and maintain records in the ERP system.
  • Track shipments and manage logistics follow-ups.
  • Ensure proper documentation for all procurement activities.
  • Support the team in procurement-related tasks across all product lines.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of proven experience in procurement or supply chain coordination.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT or any related field
  • Good knowledge of ERP systems.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
