Position Overview
We are seeking a Female Quality Assurance Officer to handle daily, objective QA activities across Sales, Virtual Assistant (VA) operations, Client Management, and Human Resources. Reporting directly to the Director QA, you will ensure process compliance, identify operational risks and maintain data integrity.
Key Responsibilities
1. Daily Reporting & Client Assessments
· Prepare and consolidate daily Performance and Sales reports within defined timelines.
· Conduct daily quality assessments for at least 5 clients per branch across both locations.
· Monitor client-VA email communications to flag quality, compliance, or professional risks.
· Maintain up-to-date client status records and flag any delayed reporting.
2. Evidence Management & Escalation
· Maintain a daily QA log documenting all findings and risk ratings.
· Ensure all findings are backed by digital or physical evidence (screenshots, reports, emails).
· Escalate all findings in writing to the Director QA before verbal discussion, immediately flagging high-risk compliance or client-loss threats.
Required Skills & Competencies
· QA & BPO Knowledge: Familiarity with QA methodologies, process compliance, and BPO/VA performance standards.
· HR Compliance: Understanding of recruitment lifecycles, operational records, and basic Pakistani labor laws.
· Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and hands-on experience tracking data through ERP platforms.
· Professional Conduct: Sharp attention to detail, objective reporting and the ability to communicate findings smoothly without friction.
· Confidentiality: Absolute discretion regarding sensitive HR documents, client records, and internal audit data.
Qualifications & Experience
· Education: Bachelor’s degree.
· Preferred: 1 to 3 years of proven experience in QA, internal audit, HR administration, or operational compliance. BPO or multi-department corporate experience preferred.
