Female Real Estate Agent | 1 Year Dubai Experience Required

We’re Hiring: Female Real Estate Agent

M N R Real Estate L.L.C. is looking for a Female Real Estate Agent to join our sales team in Dubai.

We are looking for someone with Dubai real estate experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle clients professionally from inquiry to closing.

Location: Dubai
Salary: AED 3,000 + Commission
Experience: Minimum 1 year Dubai real estate experience
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience as a real estate agent in Dubai
• Strong knowledge of Dubai communities and property market
• Experience in off-plan, secondary, or leasing is preferred
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Confident in handling client calls, viewings, and follow-ups
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
• Knowledge of Property Finder, Bayut, CRM, and basic RERA procedures is an advantage
• Must be based in Dubai

Responsibilities

• Handle buyer, seller, landlord, and tenant inquiries
• Conduct client follow-ups and property viewings
• Generate and manage leads professionally
• Promote available properties through online and offline channels
• Coordinate with clients, developers, landlords, and internal teams
• Maintain proper records of leads, viewings, and client updates
• Support the team in closing sales and rental transactions
• Maintain strong market knowledge and provide accurate property advice
