Key Responsibilities
- Manage and market a dedicated portfolio of secondary market properties (ready apartments, villas, and townhouses) across Dubai
- List properties on Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, and the company CRM with accurate details, professional photos, and compelling descriptions
- Conduct property viewings, open houses, and client meetings — both in person and virtually
- Source, qualify, and convert buyer and seller leads through portal inquiries, referrals, and personal networking
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to secure the best possible outcome for both parties
- Liaise with developers, property management firms, mortgage brokers, and conveyancing teams to ensure smooth transactions
- Maintain accurate records of leads, listings, viewings, and deals in the company CRM
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with landlords, sellers, investors, and end-users to generate repeat and referral business
- Stay up to date on Dubai market trends, community pricing, RERA regulations, and new project launches in the secondary segment
- Meet and exceed monthly listing, viewing, and closing targets set by management
What We're Looking For
- Female candidates with a passion for real estate and sales
- Previous experience in Dubai's secondary market is a strong advantage
- RERA-certified (or willing to obtain certification)
- Strong knowledge of Dubai communities, pricing, and the transfer process
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic, Russian, or other languages are a plus
- Driven, self-motivated, and target-oriented
- UAE driving license preferred
