Job Title: Sales Broker (Female – 2 Positions)

Location: Aspin Commercial Tower, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai
(Near Financial Centre Metro Station)

Job Overview:

We are looking for two motivated and dynamic Female Sales Brokers to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for contacting leads, meeting clients, and closing sales while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call and follow up with company-provided leads
• Generate and qualify potential clients
• Schedule and attend client meetings (office or site visits)
• Present and explain company services/products professionally
• Negotiate and close sales deals
• Maintain strong client relationships
• Update CRM system with accurate client information
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Coordinate with the internal team for smooth transaction processing

Requirements:

• Female candidates only (2 positions available)
• Fluent in at least two languages (English is not mandatory but should understand basics; Arabic, Russian, Hindi, or other languages are a plus)
• Previous experience in sales or brokerage preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confident personality with professional appearance
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
