Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
• Provide expert advice on market conditions, property values, and mortgage options.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential buyers, sellers, and property investors.
• Conduct property viewings and showings, handling all queries professionally.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and agreements to close deals successfully.
• Stay updated on market trends, property laws, and regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months experience in real estate (mandatory)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
• UAE driving license (preferred)
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
• Immediate joiners preferred
