We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Trainer to join our team. The Trainer will play a vital role in onboarding and coaching our new real estate agents, ensuring they are well-equipped to succeed in their roles.

Job Responsibilities:

• Train new real estate agents on company operations and processes
• Guide agents on how to effectively use our CRM system for daily tasks and lead management
• Teach agents daily duties including client communication, lead follow-up, and property bookings
• Instruct agents on how to close deals efficiently and professionally
• Train agents on using Property Finder and other property search tools
• Support agents in searching and identifying new property listings
• Provide ongoing support and coaching to improve agents’ performance and confidence

Requirements:

• Experience in real estate operations or training preferred
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems and real estate platforms such as Property Finder
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to motivate and engage new team members
• Organized and detail-oriented with a passion for training and development
