We are looking for a professional, organized, and friendly Assistant HR & Admin cum Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations, assist the HR team, and support the Admin Manager in daily administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist visitors in a professional manner.
  • Answer phone calls and inquiries.
  • Maintain office records, files, and correspondence.
  • Assist HR team with recruitment, onboarding, and employee records.
  • Support Admin Manager in daily administrative tasks and office operations.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and internal communications.
  • Handle basic office operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in reception, HR, or administrative support.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes and office software (MS Office).
  • Professional appearance and friendly attitude.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
