· Directs customers to the correct department, notifies the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and assists the customer to a service advisor.

· Answers incoming phone calls. Directs caller to appropriate department or individual or takes a thorough message.

· Communicates with callers and visitors in a professional, and efficient manner.

· Obtains basic demographic information about each customer, using CRM.

· Enters data into a prospect tracking system and runs prospect reports to the Reception Manager.

· Work cooperatively with the Service Advisors

· Assist in scheduling the customers and confirming the Service Advisors’ appointments

· Communicates messages to the appropriate parties promptly.

· Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items.

· Assigning each customer a token number and directing them to the appropriate Service Advisor based on availability and workload, ensuring fair distribution of service requests.
