Responsibilities:
- Welcome students, parents, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in both Arabic and English.
- Direct visitors and calls to the appropriate academic or administrative departments.
- Maintain visitor records and manage front desk documentation.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings with school staff.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.
- Ensure the reception area remains organized and presentable always.
- Assist school management with day-to-day office coordination.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written – mandatory).
- Previous experience in a school or educational institution.
- Should be fluent in Arabic and English, both written and verbal
- Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Friendly, patient, and able to handle parents and students professionally.
Location: Qatar
Working days: Sunday-Thursday
Working hours: 7 Hr/day
