WE ARE HIRING FEMALE RECEPTIONIST

A reputable American-based accounting & tax services company is seeking a professional, confident, and well-presented Female Receptionist for its Karachi office. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Position: Female Receptionist

Location: Shaheen View Apt, Mezzanine Floor, Shahrah e Faisal PECHS Block 6, Karachi, 76800

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls and front desk operations
  • Manage appointments and office correspondence
  • Provide administrative and customer support
  • Maintain a professional office environment

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in English & Urdu
  • Pleasant personality with a professional attitude
  • Strong telephone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, etc.)
  • Previous receptionist/front desk experience will be preferred
  • Timings: 7:00 PM to 3:30 AM (Monday to Friday)
