La Joya Polyclinic is looking for a Female Receptionist to join our team.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a dental or medical clinic
• Excellent English communication skills
• Professional and friendly attitude with patients
• Ability to handle phone calls and patient messages
• Good organizational and customer service skills

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and assist patients
• Reply to patient messages and inquiries
• Schedule and manage appointments
• Welcome patients and provide excellent customer service
• Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
