Female Receptionist (Arabic Speaker – Preferred)

Front Desk & Visitor Management

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Register visitors and inform concerned staff of arrivals
  • Maintain visitor logs and ensure compliance with building/security protocols
  • Ensure reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times

Call Handling & Communication

  • Answer incoming phone calls promptly and direct them to the correct department
  • Take accurate messages and follow up when required
  • Handle general inquiries and provide basic company information

Administrative Support

  • Manage incoming and outgoing emails, couriers, and deliveries
  • Assist with document handling, scanning, photocopying, and filing
  • Support basic data entry and record keeping
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with meeting arrangement

Office Coordination

  • Liaise with building management for access cards, deliveries, and visitor approvals
  • Coordinate with internal teams for office requirements
  • Support HR or Admin with simple tasks when required

Requirements & Skills

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience as a receptionist or front desk executive
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, email)
  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure calmly
  • Experience in UAE office environment is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
