Front Desk & Visitor Management
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Register visitors and inform concerned staff of arrivals
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure compliance with building/security protocols
- Ensure reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
Call Handling & Communication
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and direct them to the correct department
- Take accurate messages and follow up when required
- Handle general inquiries and provide basic company information
Administrative Support
- Manage incoming and outgoing emails, couriers, and deliveries
- Assist with document handling, scanning, photocopying, and filing
- Support basic data entry and record keeping
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with meeting arrangement
Office Coordination
- Liaise with building management for access cards, deliveries, and visitor approvals
- Coordinate with internal teams for office requirements
- Support HR or Admin with simple tasks when required
Requirements & Skills
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience as a receptionist or front desk executive
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, email)
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure calmly
- Experience in UAE office environment is a plus
