Female receptionist for beauty lounge

Full job description Apt Resources is looking for a Tagalog speaking Receptionist / Admin Support to join our beauty lounge center, This role combines customer service responsibilities with essential administrative tasks.

Responsibilities::

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer and direct incoming calls in Tagalog, assisting callers as required
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for the team
  • Maintain an organized and tidy reception area
  • Handle incoming and outgoing social media messages.
  • Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, and document management.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Tagalog (both spoken and written)
  • Prior experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor
  • Must be currently in UAE

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
