We are looking for a professional, friendly, and well-presented Female Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth front desk operations.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently
- Manage appointments and maintain schedules
- Handle incoming and outgoing emails, calls, and messages
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Support administrative tasks and assist other departments as needed
- Manage office supplies and coordinate deliveries
- Maintain confidentiality of company and client information
Requirements:
- Female candidates only
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable and professional appearance
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Prior experience as a receptionist or in customer service is an advantage
- Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
