Female Receptionist / Front Desk Executive

Location: On-site, Islamabad
Shift Timing: 03:00 PM – 11:00 PM (overlapping hours as required)

About the Role
We are looking for a confident and well-spoken Female Receptionist to manage front desk operations, handle walk-in queries, coordinate facility visits, and support co-working space sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming queries and walk-in clients professionally
  • Manage facility visits and client coordination
  • Assist in closing co-working space deals
  • Manage front desk and floor activities
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
  • Maintain visitor and deal records

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Presentable personality with professional attitude
  • Confidence in dealing with clients and negotiations
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Prior front desk or customer-facing experience (preferred)

Compensation

  • Fixed Salary (budget open for proposal)
  • Commission on every successful deal closed
