Position: Hostess / Receptionist

Salary: SAR 3,000 to SAR 4,000 (based on knowledge and skills ) PLUS free shared accommodation, to and from work transportation, and 1 duty meal

Location: Laysen Valley, Umm Al Hamam, Riyadh

Job Description: The Hostess / Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for all guests, ensuring a warm, elegant, and seamless welcome experience. In a luxury café environment, this role is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of hospitality, managing guest flow, coordinating reservations, and supporting overall guest satisfaction. The hostess represents the brand’s image and plays a key role in creating a refined and memorable atmosphere.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet guests warmly, ensuring a luxurious first impression.
• Manage reservations and walk-ins, maintaining accurate seating arrangements and guest flow.
• Escort guests to tables and communicate special requests or needs to the service team.
• Maintain the reception and entrance area, keeping it clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Coordinate with waitstaff and management for smooth seat rotations and timely service.
• Handle guest inquiries and phone calls using proper etiquette and product knowledge.
• Address guest concerns politely, escalating issues to management when necessary.
• Monitor waiting times and provide clear, courteous updates to waiting guests.
• Support café operations during opening, closing, special events, and promotional activities.
• Uphold grooming, hygiene, and service standards, representing the café’s luxury image at all times.

Basic Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in hospitality, preferably in a luxury café, hotel, or fine dining environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to remain calm, polished, and welcoming under pressure.
• Professional appearance and grooming, suited for a luxury brand environment.
• Familiarity with reservation systems and basic computer skills (POS, booking platforms, Microsoft Office).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ﷼3,000.00 - ﷼4,000.00 per month
