Job Title: Female Receptionist / Hostess

Salary: QAR 3,000 - QAR 4,500 (Based on knowledge and experience)

Place of Work: Saudi Arabia / Qatar

Deployment / Start Date: Immediately

Job Summary: We are seeking a courteous and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Restaurant Hostess. As the first point of contact for our guests, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring a positive dining experience from the moment customers enter the restaurant. The Restaurant Hostess will manage reservations, greet guests, and coordinate seating arrangements efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant.
• Manage the reservation system and ensure accurate and timely seating arrangements.
• Escort guests to their tables, providing menus and informing them of daily specials.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Monitor and manage the flow of guests to ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience.
• Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to maintain open lines of communication.
• Relay important information to guests, such as wait times and daily specials.
• Answer phone calls and assist guests with reservations.
• Maintain an organized reservation book and communicate effectively with the kitchen and waitstaff regarding reservation details.
• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, such as answering phones, assisting guests, and managing reservations.
• Remain calm and composed during busy periods to ensure efficient operation.
• Keep the hostess area clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
• Assist in maintaining the overall cleanliness and appearance of the restaurant.

Requirements:

• Can speak English well, and Arabic (preferred)
• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations with grace.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of reservation systems and basic computer skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR4,500.00 per month
