Female Receptionist – Pilates Studio

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a receptionist (preferably in fitness/wellness studios)
• Strong experience using Mindbody
• Strong sales skills with the ability to convince clients to purchase packages and memberships
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Confident, presentable, and able to build strong client relationships
• Ability to achieve sales targets and increase bookings
• Experience in handling daily expenses and administrative tasks
• Highly organized and detail-oriented

Responsibilities:

• Manage bookings and client schedules
• Handle front desk operations and client inquiries
• Promote and sell studio packages and services
• Support daily administrative and financial tasks
• Ensure an excellent client experience
