Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and courteous Female Receptionist to join our team located in Lahore DHA. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a welcoming environment while managing administrative tasks efficiently. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and proficiency in office management tools. Prior experience in office administration, customer service, or medical/dental reception is preferred. Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and clients with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, direct calls appropriately, and handle inquiries effectively
  • Maintain front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars
  • Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Utilize software such as QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office management tools
  • Assist with administrative tasks including photocopying, faxing, and organizing documents
  • Provide excellent customer support by addressing client needs promptly and courteously
  • Manage office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors when necessary
  • Ensure the reception area remains tidy, organized, and welcoming at all times

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in front desk reception, office management, or administrative support
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks or bookkeeping is a plus
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills; bilingual abilities are preferred
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
  • Experience with clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, proofreading, and calendar management
  • Prior experience in medical or dental reception is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Professional appearance and attitude suitable for a corporate or healthcare setting
