Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Salon Receptionist to be the face of our salon. The ideal candidate will greet clients, manage appointments, handle phone and WhatsApp inquiries, process payments, and ensure a smooth customer experience from entry to exit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Manage the booking system (walk-ins, phone calls, WhatsApp, and online platforms like Fresha/Booksy).
  • Confirm and follow up on appointments and cancellations.
  • Answer phone calls, messages, and social media inquiries promptly.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Process payments via cash, card, or mobile platforms.
  • Upsell salon services and packages when appropriate.
  • Maintain client records and preferences in the system.
  • Coordinate with hairdressers, technicians, and therapists for smooth scheduling.
  • Monitor and order front desk supplies when needed.
  • Handle client complaints or concerns professionally and efficiently.

  • Qualifications:
  • at least 2 years' experience as a receptionist or customer service role (preferably in a salon or spa).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, booking software (e.g., Fresha, and WhatsApp Business.
  • Well-groomed, polite, and professional demeanor.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in English; other languages Arabic are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
