An HR and Admin Executive manages day-to-day administrative operations and a range of human resources functions, including recruitment, employee record maintenance, payroll support, and general office management. Key duties include handling recruitment processes, ensuring accurate employee records, coordinating training, assisting with payroll, and performing administrative tasks like scheduling and managing office supplies. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, confidentiality, and proficiency in HR and office software. Human Resources responsibilities

  • Recruitment and onboarding: Post job openings, screen applicants, schedule interviews, and manage the onboarding process, including preparing offer letters and conducting orientations.
  • Employee records and data management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems, handling confidential information with sensitivity.
  • Performance and compensation: Assist with performance appraisals, prepare related letters, and support payroll processing by providing employee data on leaves and benefits.
  • Employee relations and compliance: Advise employees on company policies, assist with employee relations matters, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Training and development: Help organize and coordinate training programs and other employee development initiatives.

Administrative responsibilities

  • Office management: Oversee general office operations, manage office supplies and equipment, and maintain office procedures.
  • Scheduling and coordination: Arrange meetings, manage schedules, and coordinate logistics for events or new hires.
  • General support: Perform various administrative tasks such as filing, answering phones, and drafting correspondence.

Qualifications and skills

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is often required.
  • Experience: Proven experience in an HR and/or administrative role in Real Estate.
  • Technical skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS/HRMS software.
  • Soft skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with a high degree of confidentiality and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 per month
