We are seeking a professional, friendly, and well-presented Female Receptionist who is fluent in Tagalog to serve as the first point of contact for members and guests. The ideal candidate will ensure a welcoming front desk experience while supporting smooth daily operations in line with company policies and service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet, welcome, and check in members and guests, ensuring access complies with membership policies and guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and lobby area in accordance with front desk grooming and appearance standards.
- Follow all front desk opening and closing procedures, including system logins and logouts.
- Handle member concerns, complaints, and incidents professionally and escalate them to the Supervisor or Division Manager following incident reporting procedures.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and operations teams to ensure smooth daily operations and an excellent member experience.
- Direct members and guests to the appropriate department or team based on their inquiries.
- Answer and respond to phone calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and in-person inquiries regarding memberships, class schedules, spa/clinic services, promotions, and facility rules.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Female candidate preferred.
- Fluent in Tagalog; basic to good English communication skills are an advantage.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or customer service representative, ideally in a gym, spa, hotel, or similar member-focused environment.
- Professional appearance with a friendly and service-oriented attitude.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Basic computer literacy and experience using front desk or booking systems.
Working Conditions
- Front desk–based role with frequent interaction with members and guests.
- Shift-based schedule, including weekends and holidays as required.
