Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner
  • Manage calls, emails, and front desk operations
  • Schedule appointments and handle client inquiries
  • Provide administrative support to the team
  • Assist in basic accounting tasks (invoicing, expense tracking, petty cash)

Requirements:

  • Female candidate with strong communication skills (English mandatory)
  • Presentable and professional in appearance
  • Previous experience as a receptionist/front desk executive
  • Knowledge of basic accountancy (Tally/QuickBooks/Excel preferred)
  • Proficiency in MS Office and email handling
