Position Overview: -

The Nurse plays a key role in delivering quality patient care and supervising nursing operations at the facility. This position is responsible for guiding the nursing team, ensuring adherence to protocols, and supporting patient well-being in line with ZMT’s mission.

Key Responsibilities: -

• Lead and supervise nursing staff including Daycare Assistants and Triage personnel.
• Oversee daily nursing operations, ensuring adherence to protocols and best practices.
• Maintain high standards of nursing care in compliance with regulatory and institutional requirements.
• Conduct regular audits and performance evaluations.
• Address conflicts within the nursing team; foster a supportive, team-oriented environment.
• Coordinate effectively with healthcare professionals and administrative staff.
• Facilitate collaboration for comprehensive patient care.
• Identify training needs and support the continuous development of nursing staff.
• Reinforce learning and professional growth.
• Perform wound care and dressing changes as per provider instructions.
• Collect and process specimens (e.g., urine) for lab testing.
• Conduct phlebotomy and support injectable therapy.
• Observe and report patient condition changes.
• Educate patients and families on care procedures.
• Offer emotional support and reassurance.
• Follow infection control protocols to ensure a safe care environment.
• Adhere to ZMT’s safety guidelines and policies.
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
• Generate incident reports in accordance with ZMT protocols.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned to support clinic operations and patient care.

Qualifications: -

• Education: Registered Nurse with valid Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC) registration.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of clinical nursing experience.
• Age: Up to 40 years.
