Job Description:

We are seeking a confident and motivated Female Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will act as a bridge between our customers and the bank, negotiating on their behalf to help settle or restructure their debts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming leads and customer calls (leads will be provided).
• Explain our debt management services clearly and professionally.
• Follow up with potential customers and convince them to use our services.
• Understand customers’ financial situations and coordinate accordingly.
• Liaise with banks in the UAE to negotiate better terms or settlements for our clients.
• Work towards monthly targets and performance goals.

Requirements:

• Female candidates only (as per job requirement).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Prior experience in customer service, telecalling, or financial services is a plus.
• Fluent in English, knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
• Must be target-driven, persuasive, and customer-focused.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
