Female Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Female Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and closing sales deals to meet or exceed company targets. This role requires excellent communication, a customer-oriented mindset, and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and cold calling.
• Understand customer needs and offer appropriate products/services.
• Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Negotiate terms and close sales to meet targets.
• Maintain a strong relationship with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports to management.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, well-presented, and professional.
• Target-driven with a strong sales aptitude.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office .
• Language proficiency – Fluent in English and Hindi
