We are actively seeking experienced Real Estate Agents to join our team and specialize in vertical apartment sales. If you're passionate about real estate and have a knack for closing deals, this is your opportunity to grow with a dynamic company in one of Lahore’s top residential communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with buyers, investors, and other agents.
- Conduct property tours, presentations, and negotiations.
- Manage a portfolio of clients with tailored investment solutions.
- Work closely with marketing to drive lead generation and promotional campaigns.
- Keep updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor activity.
- Prepare regular sales performance reports for management.
Requirements:
- 6 months 1 year of experience in real estate sales, portfolio management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Bahria Town’s real estate market, especially apartment projects.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related discipline (preferred).
- Self-motivated, client-focused, and goal-oriented.
