We are seeking a dynamic and driven Female Sales Executive to join our team at Horti Club, a leading landscape company. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and expand the customer base.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and understand customer needs and preferences.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and quotes to clients, addressing their specific requirements and budget constraints.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts to management, analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to remain competitive and proactive in sales approaches.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote company products and services and expand professional network.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as design and operations, to ensure seamless execution of projects and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in the landscaping industry or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to close sales deals effectively.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a proactive and collaborative approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends for client meetings and events.
  • Knowledge of landscaping principles, techniques, and products is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs30,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Tele Sales and Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)

Location:

  • Faisalabad (Preferred)
